Returns & Refunds Policy

At MyBird.in, we value your trust and want you to shop with confidence. While we take every care to deliver high-quality supplements and accessories, we understand that there may be rare occasions where you need assistance with returns or refunds.

a) Supplements & Feeds

• For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or partially used supplements and feeds cannot be returned or refunded.

• Returns will only be accepted if:

  ◦ The product was delivered in a damaged condition, or

  ◦ The wrong product was shipped.

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

b) Accessories & Equipment

• Accessories and Equipment (such as feeders, drinkers, cages, perches, toys, and other non-consumable items) can be returned or refunded if:

  ◦ They are defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect.

• Products must be returned in unused condition with original packaging intact.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for accessories and equipment.

c) Refund Processing

• Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit as per your preference.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or defective product delivery.

How to Raise a Return/Refund Request

2. Share your order ID, issue details, and clear photos of the product/packaging.

3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide return shipping instructions.

Important Notes

• Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/expired product).

• Replacement is subject to product availability.

• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.
